2025 Annual Meeting.
The HOA annual meeting was held on 1.27.25 at 7:30p. Zoom format was used again this year. We had 19 residents in attendance. The 2025 Budget and meeting minutes are posted on the HOA Docs page, billing statements are available also.
Dues are due by January 31, 2025. Basic trash service is again bundled with annual dues. The rate remains unchanged and continues our ~25% savings sub wide for trash service!

Livingston County Road Commission is responsible for all roads within the subdivision. This includes both pothole filling and snow removal.

If your road is not plowed after a snow fall these are the folks to call. Using the phrase "I don't feel it's safe for the children at the bus stops.'' seems to result in much faster service.
It normally takes many of us calling several times to get potholes fixed!
The Board continues to see residents who dump yard waste and tree clippings on the vacant lots. Please dispose of yard waste via bi-weekly yard waste pickup. Dumped refuse causes the Board to have to contract for removal and we (which also includes you) then have to pay for it. As a reminder burn permits are free, that's an easy way to get rid of tree clippings and dropped branches.
Oakland County has a free garage sale weekend every year in May, if you desire to hold a garage sale we ask that you do it this weekend
Basic trash service continues to be bundled with HOA Annual Dues. All trash services are contracted with Dougie's Disposal with billing handled by HOA Board.
